janggut laksa @ queensway shopping centre

this is one of my top favourites for laksa, good cheap and fast, janggut laksa at queensway shooping centre. what more can i ask, buy a good pair of sport shoes and have a good laksa after it. and the otah is good!

banana leaf rice @ lakshmi villas @ wishart road

i craved for good banana leaf rice, thought could be a hidden gem, rustic as the place might be, i miss being at secluded places. but the food could have been betta i hoped.chicken was cold, fried fish tenggiri was cold. only thing warm was da curry and rice. maybe was a quiet day on saturday lunch time, even the teh halia could have used more oomph.
