I went a bit over the top by adding some shell fish which I think is local mussels. Now this is seriously a freaking good meal, the chicken had a nice crunchy skin on the outside and the meat was moist. The auntie did a good job as I ask for some gravy, she gave a nice dollop of curry and sambal. Oh and the mussels? Yummy. Portions were generous and definitely food coma after lunch.
