Butaou Japanese Sukiyaki Ramen @ Ramen Champion @ Great World City, Singapore.

One of those odd hours in between lunch and dinner, wanted a ramen fix. There's a ramen champion at Great World City near River Valley Road. Easy parking, and definitely not many queue. I love spicy food and honestly this is my second time there, and twice i went to the same stall, as they serve spicy ramen.

Ramen Champion have a few ramen stalls inside, you walk in, they'll pass you a tag, go to your respective stalls, order, pass the tag, and you'll get the beeper like the one in the picture above. Once it beeps, collect your ramen, enjoy and pay when you checkout at the end of the meal.

Ordered a spicy ramen, oh man, check out the oily red goodness. Added more chilli flakes/powder on top, it's good sweating out. The egg yolk was nicely runny, the pork was alright.

The broth is one of the better ones i've tasted. Or maybe i'm just biased as it's spicy. If only I can try the other stalls next time i'm around here, but somehow i doubt it, i'll definitely order this one again.
