Luk Yu Tea House @ Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.

Last day in HK, had to go for a dim sum for breakfast. This place is one of the famous ones located in Central, kinda old school dim sum joint.

The menu is limited but you get the usual fares, siu mai, char siu pau etc. This round i left the ordering to my friend. So i'll let the pics do the talking.

This is my second time here, and i remembered there was a bit hit and misses with the dim sums. But thank god, all the stuff my friend ordered was excellent. Now i know why the locals recommend this place.

The only dish i find so so was the kueh on top, maybe i just don't know how to appreciate kueh, taste was a bit bland compared to the other dim sums.

All in all, i will highly recommend this place, comfortable setting, old school feeling, with good dim sums. Only cons, the price is a bit steep, but hey i don't visit HK often, and i have to do my ritual every time i come here, dim sum!
