Sing Heung Yuen @ Central, Hong Kong.

My previous trip in HK, a friend of my mentioned about this stall opposite of the famous beef noodle stall called Kau Kee in Central(which i had no time to eat this round:/). It's a typical hk cafe style food, toast, instant noodles, milk tea, with an outdoor setting, again, alley style, which i adore and miss.

The menu is extensive, with so many options and choices. I had problem ordering as i was solo here for breakfast, and the only thing i remembered my friend telling me was the macaroni soup.

By a stroke of luck, the auntie taking the order(which both of us can't communicate to, as i don't speak cantonese), she knew what i came for, as this stall is famous for their macaroni beef tomato soup.

Now as a simple food for breakfast, weather was 14 degrees celcius, the setting was just nice for a hot tomato broth. The soup was hearty, with chunky tomatoes(they're very generous with their tomatoes) with slices of beef and macaroni. I love it. Next time i'm here again in this weather, i'll definitely come here for breakfast. And do try order their milk tea, which they're quite famous for.
