O&S Restaurant @ Paramount Garden, PJ, Selangor, Malaysia.

Back here again and this round I managed to try more dishes, this place is definitely becoming a personal favourite of mine.

The ccf was stunning with the prawn paste sauce.

The ytf here is good as was the queue. Definitely good to share.

And last but not least was the ckt, another superb dish. This place has a few good stalls worth checking out and I have yet to try it all.

D' Aman Northern Indian Cuisine @ Kelab Aman, KL, Malaysia.

Quite smack in the city centre, but secluded and quiet place to have an awesome lunch.

They serve good northern indian food. We ordered some mix naans, fish, mutton and vegetables.

The naans were done excellent, gravy was awesome but my personal favourite would be the mutton.

Hoong Kee Seafood Noodle House @ Cheras, KL, Malaysia.

Another foodie adventure for lunch and here I was.

Sliced fish cake and fried foo chuk, always lovely.

Dry koew teow mee ehmmm yummy.

Lastly the oyster bowl, super umami. Think we ordered too much. Stick to your cravings and you'll do alright. Love the dry noodles and the oyster bowl.

Sri Ganapathi Mess @ PJ, Selangor, Malaysia.

Been hearing about this place for the longest time and today managed to check it out.

This unassuming terrace house is where good banana leaf food is served. To get here was a breeze using google maps.

Huge chiller up front where all the fresh meat and seafood is marinated to choose from.

A must order dish would be the deep fried mutton. Totally out of this world, can't stop eating it.

Sotong was equally good.

Fried tenggiri and ikan bulus was the other stars. This place serves authentic banana leaf rice, definitely my top few to go from now on.

Lai Foong Beef Noodle @ KL, Malaysia.

I was craving for beef noodles again. So a friend of mine suggested we go here for lunch.

Careful this place is packed during lunch time. Be prepared to wait for a table.

As usual ordered a special mix parts beef with koew teow. Nice, the beef parts was excellent. The broth was clean, not much on the herbal part, which I find kinda refreshing.

Yap Hup Kee @ Pudu, KL, Malaysia.

Yong tau foo cravings again and this round we checked out this famous joint in Pudu.

Grab a table inside, go outside choose your ytfs  and noodles, tell them your table number and wait at your table for the food to be served.

Ordered a bunch of ytf to share.

That was a bowl of chee cheong fun drenched in curry on the right.

And mine was the dry ccf. The ccf was silky smooth, the ytf pieces was delicious. This winning pair of combo is definitely a reason for me to come back. Slurps.

Banana Leaf Rice @ UMAC, PJ, Selangor, Malaysia.

What a way to spend the weekend having banana leaf rice for lunch. Friend suggested to try out this new place at the University Malaya Academic Club in Petaling Jaya.

A wide selection of dishes to choose from.

Standard rice plus three veges, ordered a deep fried tenggiri on the side. Plus my personal favourite, I still can't pronounced it right, some yellow dish. Food is definitely good here. An add on bonus, was the view and lush green settings.

Sumi-Ka @ Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

One end of the world, ok I might be exaggerating, traffic was horrendous. Luckily the food here made all the journey worth it. Plus I'm always bias when it comes to yakitori, alcohol and good friends.

Menu was simple and straight forward.

Kudos to the chef who did an awesome job grilling the food.

We ordered the usual suspects.

The must order was the beef tongue, superb!

Definitely a good yakitori joint in this part of town. Actually I will go through traffic again for a meal at this place.

Kedai Makanan Foong Foong @ Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Second round this part of town and I managed to test out this shop for its ytf.

Gets pretty packed in here during lunch hours.

Some fried dumplings.

Mix ytf to share.

Awesome place, the ytf pieces are superb. The fried dumplings was a killer, well any fried stuff is good. Definitely will come back here again.

Nasi Lemak Wanjor @ Kampung Baru, KL, Malaysia.

This place can be packed early in  the morning. Must be a good nasi lemak if there's queue.

Menu and prices listed.

The usual routine, you order a standard nasi lemak packet, then add on your dishes.

Did a takeaway, hence the mess. I topped up with cockles. The sambal is delicious, cockles were a bit tiny though, but a very good packet of nasi lemak.
