A no frills joint just serving nasi kukus with fried chicken. You'll see the serving counter up front in the restaurant. There'll be two queues, one for take away and one for dine in.

Pick your own chicken and gravy, make sure get some of those crispy bids which I piled on top of the rice. The nasi kukus was ok, but the chicken, damn!!! It was fried to perfection. The sambal was a killer too. Awesome place for a meal and friendly on the wallet too.

They had one MTR in KL? Dang how did I missed it. Only realised when I was reading the papers they have opened one for quite some time in Brickfields.

Curd vadai with I think some lentil crackers on top. Absolute pure delight this dish. Gotta order this for starters, definitely open up my appetite.

We ordered a few version of thosai, everything was superb. Best part, they gave a small liquid ghee for you to pour or eat with it. The sambar/pairing sauce was awesome too.

It was so good that I came back the following week to wack some thosai again. This round my friend ordered the mini tiffin carrier set. I have to admit, it's a bit pricey here but heck for some killer thosai or vada, this is the place to have it.

First time being at this joint, love that the parking is abundant and free downstairs. This restaurant is located on the first floor.

Yup that was how my friend did his sauces, I gotta say it's kinda good. A portion of lamb shoulder below.

Had some razor clams, tomato slices, some meatball, rolled tofu skin and some other veges which I didn't take a pic.

We took the mala and tomato based soup. Added some corns, white radish and some other veges to the pot to sweeten the broth. My oh my what a power packed dinner it was. Love the tomato based broth. Everything was good, no complains here. Love the meatballs and tofu skin. Don't forget to order the Tsing Tao to complete the meal!

Brought some friends here to test out the prawn noodle. They had a go at it while I checked out some other stuff.

Ckt with duck egg, nice.

Ytf to share, quite good actually. Friend had a curry mee which he said was awesome. There's still a few stalls here haven't tried.

Now this place served the best roti canai banjir with cracked half boil eggs on top. Little did I know they also serve good lunch consists of rice with curry. You have a few options like fish head, chicken or mutton.

The ayam masak merah is quite a killer too. Simple lunch, quick, affordable and confirmed food coma when you go back to work.
