Nam @ Damansara Heights, KL, Malaysia.

Seems Kenny Hills Bistro roast duck is no longer there(correct me if I'm wrong) and they serving it at their sister outlet called Nam at Plaza Damansara.

Was it good? Yeap still the great tasting roast duck, love it to bits.

My mate ordered the pho/beef noodles and the rice pancake. Food is good, I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here.

The Ganga Cafe @ Bangsar, KL, Malaysia.

Found a nice quaint Indian vegetarian restaurant in Bangsar called The Ganga Cafe.

Ordered some pakora for starters, some palak paneer, few type of breads and I think was a dhall/gravy to dip the bread in. Love the colours.

Truth be told, I wasn't expecting much as I'm a non-vege person. But damn, the food is good. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here even though there was no meat. End the meal with some chai/tea, lovely.

d' Tepian Sungai Restaurant @ Teluk Intan, Perak, Malaysia.

We were suppose to go to another restaurant for udang galah lunch, but it was closed. Luckily this restaurant was on my bookmarked list. Yeahhhh managed to cross this one off my list.

Simple Malay food in a laid back setting next to the Perak river. We ordered some prawns, crabs and tempoyak fish with some greens on the side.

Was it worth the hype? Definitely.

Asam Pedas Atok Sungai Sembilang @ Jeram, Selangor, Malaysia.

If you're ever this side part of town and looking for a great asam pedas, do check out this place. It's definitely off the beaten track but if you're using the coastal way, not bad for a pit stop makan.

All the individual portions are laid out and are heat up according to orders. They have a few varieties of fish/meat to go with your asam pedas claypot.

And this is mine, stingray/ikan pari asam pedas claypot that comes with the standard rice, telur masin and cucumber. Trust me, get the egg omelette, somehow it seems incomplete when there's no omelette when you're having asam pedas. What a beautiful lunch it was, yummy!
