NineS MaCao Chicken Rice @ Kafe Cahaya Bulan @ Pandan Indah, KL, Malaysia.

So I saw the post on malaymail, com about this chicken rice stall and off we went to check it out for lunch. As there was a bunch of us, we ordered quite a bit to share.

The steamed chicken was good, pair it with the chilli and ginger, just heaven. Now the fried chicken is another delight, it comes with its own chilli sauce. Reminds me of the thai sweet chilli sauce.

They also provided soup which comes with what looks like handmade chicken balls. This is a satisfying meal. Good stuff.

Kopi Ladang Restaurant @ Janda Baik, Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia.

This place can be freaking packed, best to go there early. Coffee is good, food is good. They sell local kampung breakfast. First trip here I had the roti telur goyang and a cuppa of latte.

Second trip here I was a bit famished, ordered the nasi kerabu with paru. Oh yes, that hits the spot alright. Anyway my only gripe here is the plate.

Nasi Lemak @ Dapur Kak Za @ Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Nasi Lemak in Kampung Melayu Subang. Come early for breakfast here, some of the dishes are sold out by the time I got here 9ish am.

Sambal is super good, taste like those home cooked ones. I took some spare parts and sambal petai. Honestly this is one good nasi lemak that I can actually eat just the rice with sambal on its own.

Borneo Beef Noodle @ Restoran NSV USJ 6 @ Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Been wanting to check out this stall selling Borneo beef noodles, tucked in a kopitiam in USJ 6.

The auntie mending this stall is friendly, ordered the dry lai fun with mixed beef. Noodles were superb and the beef soup is hearty. Portions were very generous, better come with an empty stomach.
