Soup Stock Tokyo @ 100AM, Singapore.

Was hunting for brunch around Tanjong Pagar, and I remembered been wanting to try this soup  place. Ordered a double soup set, was wondering to choose for bread or rice, but the server recommended the rice instead based on the soup I've ordered. Good choice!

The bottom soup was the Hokkaido Crab Bisque, just lovely. Creamy, not to thick, and have the subtle hints of crabs. Now on the other hand, the Tokyo Borsch was my favourite, thick with chunky meats, it paired very well with the rice. Very good.
