A Noodle Story @ Amoy Street Food Centre, Singapore

A ramen stall with a local singaporean twist, i must say this boys have done something right. Every penny worth and all the ingredients are top notch.

They are only opened on weekdays, lucky for me i was on leave and decided to go check it out.

The noodles are similar to those wan ton noodles, i like it, eggs was good and runny, the pork belly was awesome. Wanton was good, but this is my first time trying a prawn wrapped in potato strings(killer!)

Run by two young guys, i'm happy to see a new gen of hawkers in the hawker scene and bringing affordable food to the masses. Keep it up!
