Walked past this store a couple of times and decided to try it out, actually the sake called me:/ 

Ah what a yummy sake to start off the meal. Beautiful! Ordered some tuna sashimi and a mini bowl of unagi don. 

Good stuff, tuna was fresh and portions were good. The unagi was excellent, nicely charred and seasoned. Yummy.

Went and check out this Michelin selected pho called Phở Việt Nam. 

    

I saw a few people eating the hot stone bowl of pho but I went for the usual one mixed beef noodles.

Food is good, I find the broth a bit mild and ch'ng. Never the less, if I'm craving a pho and this place is near the hotel, yeah why not.

This has become my favourite spot for nasi kukus Kelantanese style in Denai Alam. Been coming here I reckon since 7 years ago? 

My to go for would be the fried chicken or mutton. Beef is good too, haven't tried the duck though.

I got the mutton this round, portions are quite generous.

Make sure to get the sambal too, it's to die for. It may look like a simple meal but trust me the food here is like on steroids.

Korean bbq but mostly chicken items. This is a first for me. Menu is pretty straight forward, gotta choose at least two bbq items if you're goin for the bbq. Best part, you can let the server grill it for you.

The banchan had a nice variety, I kinda like it, some I've never tried before. As usual its refillable. 

Chicken was done perfect, kudos to the server grilling it. There was two of us, was definitely a hearty meal. Good stuff.

On the way back to KL made a pit stop here for some light meal. Friend recommended this stall this curry mee stall.

Oh yes! This is one mean bowl of curry mee, simply hits the spot. Good stuff.

Had breakfast at this place before our departure, lovely quaint place. It's located few doors down from the hotel we stayed in which was Melur Inn Hotel.

Weather was perfect cold and with a slight damp in the air. I ordered the standard nasi lemak while my friend with an addition of da chicken rendang.

Sambal was perfect, portions were good, comes with a runny egg yolk. Love it. I tried a bit of the chicken rendang, legit was it was tasty.

Had an excellent lunch here in Bentong. Just some simple kampung cooking but smacking delicious.

Ayam kampong was nicely executed. Udang galah was fresh and the gravy was heavenly.

Brunch in Rembau, awesome place for some local kampong food. Simple warung by the roadside called Kodai Kak Teh.

Look at the spread of dishes to choose from. Just salivating by the looks of it.

And this is what we had, mostly masak lemak dishes with a variety of proteins. Food was amazing, really tasty.

Was walking around the hotel area and I chance upon this place. Ordered a fried noodle with a sunny side up.

Weather was super hot and I made my own shandy. Perfect for a sunny weather. Fried noodle was good. Not sure why the google rating was low.

Last makan in our touring trip was this Nasi Tempong Indra. Huge restaurant and loads of people. You know it's a good place if it is thriving with human traffic. Place was airy and clean.

Quite a selection of proteins to choose from to pair it with a hot steaming white rice and some local salads plus sambal.

We ordered quite a bit to try some of the choices available. Good stuff. The sambal here is a killer, totally smashed it! I don't mind coming back here next round I'm back in Bali.

We had an early ride, our guide brought us here for brekkie. Warung Nasi Ayam Bu Oki at Nusa Dua.

This is definitely breakfast for champions. Wholesome meal with some fiery sambal, superb. Worth every penny to come and eat here.

Our tour guide brought us here for lunch and boy was it yummy. It looks like I'm eating in someone house kitchen. Place can be packed with people but turn around time was quite fast.

I opted for the beef rice and it comes with rawon soup at the bottom. This may look like a simple meal, but it taste damn super good. Love it!

Natys restaurant Tanah Lot @ Bali, Indonesia.

Dropped by Tanah Lot for some touristy activities and we ended up having lunch at Natys.

Some of us ordered fried rice and some fried noodles. Comes with a nice pair of meat skewers.

Not bad, food was good despite being in a tourist area. Atmosphere was very chillax, I think it was a weekday when we got here.
