Lemang To'ki @ Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia.

If you ever find yourself in Bentong, a must place to visit is this Lemang To'ki.

Freshly grilled chicken, YUMMY! Been here twice, wanted to try the grilled beef but it wasn't ready.

Of course the main star of attraction here is the lemang and palas (the triangle shape). The beef or chicken rendang is good, but the lemang? Damn its super duper delicious. They got the recipe done right, don't think so I tasted a lemang like this before.

BBQ Chan @ Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia.

Friend suggested to check out this place for dinner.

A must order is the bbq lamb. Oh my to die for. Awesome succulent sinful stuff. Just lovely.

Next one is the seafood pot, generous portions of ingredients and when you finish it, the seafood essence will drop to the bottom part.

This is the bottom part of the pot, the vegetable soup, one word divine.

Sushi Azabu @ Isetan The Japan Store, KL, Malaysia.

Time for some sushi and we went to check out Sushi Azabu. This place can double up as a quiet romantic spot for dinner. There were three of us and we ordered some sets to share.

Honestly, this has to be one of the best sushi I have tasted in KL. From the presentation, the fresh ingredients, everything was just umami. Of course be prepared to depart some notes from the wallet.

Teo Chew Fishball Noodle Soup @ Pudu, KL, Malaysia.

My friend suggested to come here for lunch. Seriously awesome Teo Chew fishball noodles.

First round here I tested koew teow soup. The fishballs was fresh, fish cake had a nice taste to it. The soup was so good I slurped down the whole bowl clean.

The star churning out bowls of fishball noodles.

The following week I came back to try the dry version. The kung loh style was done perfectly, with a nice balance of soya sauce. Both are equally good but I tend to prefer the kung loh version.

Kouzu @ TTDI, KL, Malaysia.

Sake and yakitori, am always up for it. Located at the quiet part of Taman Tun this place rocks.

The food is good, Tsukune, beef tongue, chicken skin was my personal favourites.

Restoran Kudu Bin Abdul @ Jalan TAR, KL, Malaysia.

The lunch queue here is mad, full of office workers getting their nasi kandar fix. Best time to arrive is around 1130-1145am.

Just join the queue and pick your items to go along with rice. Once done proceed to counter and pay.

Took a fried chicken thigh, salted egg, some cabbages and daging limpa hitam(some internal organ of beef). Also as usual nasi kandar, make sure mix gravy and loads of it. One of the top rated nasi kandars in KL. Yummy.

ICC Pudu @ Pudu, KL, Malaysia.

The new Imbi Market food market has long since been relocated here. I've took my own sweet time to sample some of the dishes here over lunch. Today gonna go over three stalls I've found worth coming back here to.

Don't fret, the chicken rice balls is the same stall as soon wah noodles. The chicken was smooth and delicious.

The pan mee next to the ytf stall, tried both dry and soup (forgot to take pics of the dry one). Both are equally good. Heavenly broth.

Last but not least, hainanese asam laksa. Say what? First time I'm trying a hainanese version of asam laksa. The soup looks plain, but it packs a punch. Quite similar to the Penang version, it's good with a slight difference. Anyway it did fix my asam laksa cravings.

Bari-Uma @ Elite Pavilion, KL, Malaysia.

Another ramen joint worth checking out if you're at Pavilion KL area.

Decided to try their chicken ramen which came with drummets.

Add on seaweed. Set lunch came with gyoza. We ordered some yakitori as well.

Ramen was good, actually the bowl was quite big, filled me up nicely. Would definitely come back here to try their other ramens.
