Imbi Market @ Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Gosh, I wished I found this place sooner. So much glorious food!

Chee cheong fun galore again.

No complains here except when I ordered I had some mixed feelings whether to go for sweet + chilli sauce or curry. Asked the guy which one should I try, he said why not both combine. What a brilliant idea. Good stuff.

My friend ordered this wantan mee which was mended by a long hair indian guy (speaks good cantonese by the way)

Now I forgot how mean a KL poppiah can be. Delicious with nice crunchy bits, ordered from SisterS Crispy Poppiah.

I was sitting blindly, till this lady came and ask for drinks(a bit nazi, just don't dilly dally with her). Ordered a kopi ping, not too bad. Only later when I was googling for this place address I found out they serve good toast and eggs! Arghhhh definitely would be back to try the toast and half boil eggs.
Make sure you come in a bunch, so you can order and sample a variety of food.

Sang Kee Congee Shop @ Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

Although this shop is famous for its congee(which I have yet to try, next round!), I'm going for the beef noodle soup instead.

Ordered koew teow noodle soup with the all the beef parts, tripe, tendon, balls and brisket. Be warned though, the portion can be generous. Had trouble finishing the bowl, or maybe I was being greedy again as I was still full from lunch.

A dollop of chilli oil makes the whole bowl satisfying. The broth was reasonable, but I think there's something about HK beef, meat was absolutely delicious. Loved all the spare parts, and the beef balls yummy.

Tung Po Kitchen @ North Point, Hong Kong.

Beer in a bowl? Say what, I finally managed to get my ass down here, took me three years but hey I still got here.

Word of advice, better get your reservations in.

Asahi beers served in a bowl, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The lala cooked in chinese wine, I seriously adore this dish. Superb.

Ox tongue, yummy. Goes well with the beer.

Squid ink pasta with squid balls, a must order dish. I find it a bit bland, but my friend told me tonight the dish was so so. He tasted better the previous times. I will definitely be back to order this again and see whether he's right aha. On another note, the squid balls was awesome.

Some vege to balance the diet out.

And claypot tofu. Tofu was done nicely.
