Back to Raimah again, and this time I was craving for a maggi goreng. A maggi goreng mutton to be exact. Nicely done with some pieces charred.

And what a better way to wash it down with a glass of teh tarik. Simple breakfast, sinful but yummy.

Soto Ayam @ Raimah Eating House, Singapore.

Last time I was around here I had a roti john, this round for a quick bite opted for the soto ayam instead with lontong(steamed rice cake).

A beautiful broth, with shredded chicken pieces, and beansprouts, begedil (potato cutlet) with lontong below. The killer is the black chilli sauce, added a nice zing to the soup. Cheap fast quick bite, lovely.

Roti John @ Raimah Eating House, Kembangan, Singapore.

Roti John, what's not to love, sinful but taste damn good.

Sweet chilli sauce on the side, generous drizzling of mayo.

You know if it's messy, it should be good, and in this case, it was. This stall add black pepper sauce to the roti john, diferent but adds a new dimension to it.
