Now a must eat if you're ever in Phu Quoc, you have to come to this place Bún quậy Kiến Xây. I had it twice on this trip, seriously addicted to this place. I think this was a branch and the main hq is in town.

Choose what proteins you want for your bowl of noodles. Mix your own sauce at the sauce counter.

The chilli which I mix myself, super spicy!!! My second round here I tone down the chilli a bit. Sweet, salty, spicy, pair it with the bowl of noodles. Damn this is freaking good!

The place is nicely run, I reckon it's a family restaurant, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Place was near our hotel and both nights we had dinner there. I think that should tell how happy I was with this place.

I'll definitely be back here for food next time I'm in Phu Quoc.

Fast, no frills and a decent plate of comfort food of a fried rice, check out Uncle Soon Fried rice. I've been wanting to check out their original outlet in Subang Jaya for the longest time and now that they have a few outlets, thank god.

Simple but satisfying. A good lunch indeed.
