Our lovely chef Hiroyuki Ono, thank you so much for the awesome food. Seriously from the first appetiser, I knew I'm in for a freaking good time. 

Food is 5 star worthy. Gather some friends, pop open a bottle or two sake, feast on the food and enjoy the view. Excellent!

The Toast House 多士號 @ Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Another round of this Taiwanese sandwich shop and this time we went to the Setia Alam branch. We ordered quite a fair bit, saw some new items here compared to the SS15 one, last I checked. 

Excellent, I really like this Toast house for their sandwiches, hopefully I'll see one near my area soon.

I normally do my updates after a few backlogs, so this was taken before MCO3.0. Another seafood lunch and this round we went to Kampung Sungai Janggut. This place is actually a homestay but they also cater for makans. I kinda like the vibe of this place, very peaceful if you need a quick a getaway with the family.

The dining area is next to the sungai, nice. Off to the food we ordered some prawns, sotong and omelette. 

I dunno what fried fish was that and yeap they have fresh oysters too.

Above is the you tiao with stuffed stuff, sinful but good. Below is the stuffed sambal cencaru fish. 

The food look normal right but trust me, I love it. I felt like I was in somebody's family house and enjoying a home cooked feast. Lovely.

 Back in Bidor again and this round we went to check out Mee Kari Lina.

Had the koew teow kicap and my ytf in curry. Ahhh it hit the spot alright. Good stuff for breakkie.

 There's a new kid on the block for ramen and it's getting hyped up so much, how does it fare?

Awesome, they have the taugeh free to wack. As usual I went for black garlic. Oh my, the broth, talk about the broth, damn! Smacks you in the face, I can see why people are raving about this place. Portions were generous, ramen was good, the broth, sublime. 

I'll definitely be back once the queue is bearable a bit. Hope the standard remains!

Sin Loong Kee Noodles 新龙记小食馆 @ Kundang, Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Lou she fun home made? This I gotta check it out as lou she fun is one of my favourite noodles.  Went for the dry version with some ytf on the sides. 

It doesn't look like the normal lou she fun, not glossy but still has the lou she fun taste. Kinda reminds me similar to the laksa noodles the non glossy ones. Anyway food was good, indeed it was a good breakfast.

 Was in this side of town for lunch, friend recommended to try out this place.

Friend went for the curry laksa and I opted for the char koew teow. For a restaurant, the ckt was quite good actually. I had a sip of the curry and that too was good. Think next time would bring more people and order their dishes.
