Kailis Fish Market Cafe @ Fremantle, Australia.

Yes, fish and chips! There's a few shops along the Fishing Boat Harbour here in Fremantle. Decided to give Kailis a try after all the debates/chats/recommendations given by friends.

It's quite a big establishment with nice views of the harbour.

They have indoor and outdoor seating, and being a beautiful day it was, had to seat outside.

Ordered the standard fish and chips. Lovely, fish was fresh and flaky, nice crisp batter on the outside, not that jelak. Comes with big thick cut chips. Coupled with vinegar and salt, talk about comfort food. Yummy!

Couldn't resist this marinated mussels, damn it. This little suckers goes well with beers.

Had to take another shot of the fish and chips. I can see myself having brunch here almost every weekend if I was in Perth. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful views of the harbour, good comfort food, nice!
