Hakata Ikkousha @ Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.

Another ramen joint spruced up in Tanjong Pagar, opened quite some time, managed to check it out the other day. I kinda like Tanjong Pagar now, so many japanese or korean food to choose from, especially if the queue is long.

The menu is quite extensive, various types of ramen, and some other sides if ramen is not enough.

Some pickles available for free or hard boiled eggs for the takings which is complimentary.

Now Hakata Ikkousha as of now has two branches, the other one being at Chijmes. But this particular branch, serves  a God fire ramen, an extra spicy broth with 3 types of spiciness! Well, might as well try the spiciest one which is x4 the level of heat.

Boy was it good, the broth was kicking spicy, still have that thick taste of soup, the noodles were done well, and the egg plus seaweed just added an extra depth to the flavour. I'm actually craving of it while writing this. Another ramen joint which is on my list to be back for.
